Club invitations for the new competiton |
1. Description
From the form F250-Invitations invitations for the new competition can be send to the known clubs. Invitations can be send by postal mail and by email. For sending by postal mail only the address labels are produced. For sending by email the emails are generated in MS Outlook, on basis of an xml email template.
A checklist can be produced to keep track of the send invitations.
Address labels can be imported in MS Word via mail merge, to produce the labels in Word format. Experimentally the address labels are also provided in xml format.
Whether the invitations are send to a club by postal mail or by email is set in the mailing profile of the club.(A041 / F310-Club-details).
A help button is provided on the F250 form to open a html page with instructions how to use this function in generating invitations.
