Ariadne 4.4.0 - release notes (April 2006)

The changes in release 4.4.0 concern the next improvements and extensions:

Function Release note  
A000 Initialization and startup  
 
  • A file dialog form is added to browse and select the current competition to link to.
  
A070 Data organizing club (new)  
 
  • Form A070 is added in which te record dat of the organizing club. The data is shown on the menu and on invoices.
 
A140 Entries per event  
 
  • Selection boxes added. Additional to event number, you can now select on start number and participant.
  
A216 Splitting and combining events (new)  
 
  • Splitting and combining event can be accomplished by moving categories from one event to another. A form has been provided to do this in an easy way.
 
A250 Event schedule Slalom competition  
 
  • The event schedule of the slalom competition has been simplified. It can now be used as a public distributable report..
  
A350 Start fee Invoices  
 
  • Organizing club data added. The sorting of entries on the invoice is now in bib order. The invoice can be used as a pick list for the bib set per club.
 
A480 Finish time swap (new)  
 
  • in processing finishes, sometimes the wrong bib number is assigned to a finish. A form is provided to easily change the finish events between two participants..
  
A650 Record finishes from the Alge Timy timing device (new)  
 
  • For the Marathon and Down river version, finish events can be read from the Timy timing device and bib numbers assigned.
 

Furher a number of minor improvements and corrections were realized.
