In the simple case for a competition only one entry fee amount is issued. But most often a differentiation is made in entry fees for entries which are submitted before the closing date of the entry period ('pre entries'), and entries which are submitted after this date ('post entries').

Also in most cases a differentation of entry fees is required for the different events in the competition. Often for cadets a lower amount is requested than for seniors. Sometimes for an event no entry fee is required.

On the form A352 - Entry Fees per Event the entry fees can be set per event. A diffentiation is made into pre- and post entries. For each event a different amount can be set. In practise the entry fees are the same for most of the event , while some events have different amounts.

At the bottom of the form it is possible to set the entry fee amounts for all events to the same value (differentiated to pre- and post entries). This saves you effort to input the entry fees for each of the event.

After the entry fees are preset, you can change the entry fees of the events for which other amounts are required. When no entry fee is required, set the value to 0.

Beware that when you preset the entry fees again, after you entered the differentations for related events, these differentiated amounts are lost and need be re-entered again.
